Community involvement process of Sapphaya

Community participation in the operations of Sapphaya sub-district municipality and tourism development requires significant involvement of the community in the process. This can be divided into 5 parts as follows:

1. Municipal administrators possess leadership qualities and have a broad vision. They formulate strategies for systematic and continuous local development. Additionally, they listen to feedback from external stakeholders to address issues and meet the needs of the people.

2.The strong community , cooperative, and united in local development efforts. Community leaders are honest, sacrifice and flexibility. They value learning and self-improvement, enabling them to efficiently drive community development.

3.Consultants assist in problem-solving and actively participate in on-site activities.

4.Organizational personnel are knowledgeable, skilled, and highly responsible. They have a strong sense of hometown pride, selflessness, and dedicate their time to community service.

5.Integration from various organizations , including government, private sector, and the public, is essential for development participation.

If any part is missing, sustainable community and tourism development may not succeed. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of participation in all processes.
